1. Madrid Email: info@valfria.com Tourism registration number: G-12205 By making a booking, the guest accepts these General Terms and Conditions as well as the specific conditions applicable to the selected rate.

2. The Accommodation PG L&L CONSULTING is a rural accommodation located in a natural mountain setting in Cantabria, Spain. The characteristics, capacity, facilities, equipment and services available shall be those described on the website at the time the booking is made. Photographs, floor plans and descriptions are intended to provide the most accurate possible representation of the accommodation. However, as the property is located within a natural environment, certain outdoor features, vegetation, landscape conditions, presence of animals, condition of access roads, water levels, weather conditions and other natural elements may vary depending on the time of year.

3. Bookings All bookings are subject to availability. To make a booking, the guest must provide the information requested during the booking process and ensure that such information is accurate, complete and up to date. A booking will be deemed confirmed when the guest receives the corresponding booking confirmation by email or another written communication channel accepted by PG L&L CONSULTING and, where applicable, the required payment or deposit has been made. The confirmation will specify, at a minimum, the arrival and departure dates, number of guests, price of the stay, applicable taxes, included services, payment conditions and the applicable amendment and cancellation policy. The guest must review the confirmation and notify PG L&L CONSULTING of any errors as soon as reasonably possible.

4. Prices The applicable prices will be those displayed during the booking process and will correspond to the selected dates, number of guests and booking conditions. Before confirming the booking, the guest will be shown the total price of the stay, including legally applicable taxes and, where applicable, any additional charges or services selected. Prices may vary depending on season, availability, length of stay, number of guests, promotions or rate type. Once the booking has been confirmed, the agreed price will not be modified unless the guest requests changes that affect the terms of the stay.

5. Payment Payment may be made using the methods indicated during the booking process. PG L&L CONSULTING may require full payment at the time of booking, a deposit or advance payment to guarantee the reservation or, where previously indicated, a payment card pre-authorisation. The specific payment conditions will be displayed before the booking is confirmed and will form part of the contract.

6. Reservation cancellation and modification policy. Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled reservation date are free of charge. If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or less before the scheduled date, the reservation amount will not be refunded. To request an amendment or cancellation, the guest must contact PG L&L CONSULTING through info@valfria.com or the BOOKING SYSTEM. All amendments are subject to availability and may result in a change in price.

7. Right of Withdrawal The general 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation service bookings where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Bookings are therefore subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the selected rate.

8. No-Show Where the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date without previously cancelling the reservation, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the cancellation conditions applicable to the selected rate will apply.

9. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: until 11:00 am. Any arrival or departure outside these times must be communicated in advance and will be subject to prior approval and availability.

10. Guest Identification and Registration All guests must provide the information and documentation required to comply with applicable legal obligations regarding the identification, registration and reporting of guests. PG L&L CONSULTING may request a valid official identification document.

11. Maximum Occupancy and Access by Third Parties The number of people present at the accommodation may not exceed the number of guests declared and accepted in the booking. This restriction applies both to guests staying overnight and to any other person entering or remaining at the accommodation during the stay. Additional guests or visitors who are not included in the booking may not stay, regularly remain at or access the property without the prior and express authorisation of PG L&L CONSULTING. The total number of guests may under no circumstances exceed the legally authorised maximum capacity of the accommodation. Any change in the number of occupants must be communicated to and accepted by PG L&L CONSULTING before arrival.

12. Minors Minors must remain under the responsibility and supervision of their parents, legal guardians or responsible adults throughout the stay. Responsible adults must exercise particular care around paths, slopes, water areas and other outdoor spaces characteristic of a rural mountain property.

13. Responsible Use of the Accommodation Guests must use the accommodation, furniture, equipment, facilities and outdoor areas responsibly and in accordance with their intended purpose. All operating and safety instructions communicated by PG L&L CONSULTING must be observed. Guests may not carry out activities that may cause damage to the property or its surroundings, create a risk to people, unjustifiably disturb the peace of the location or breach applicable law or these Terms and Conditions.

14. No Parties, Events or Celebrations Parties, events, large gatherings, private or professional celebrations and similar activities are strictly prohibited at PG L&L CONSULTING. The accommodation is booked exclusively for the use of the guests included in the reservation. This prohibition includes, among other activities, weddings, private parties, corporate events, promotional events, presentations, gatherings involving external attendees and any use of the property that differs from an ordinary tourist stay. Any exception requires the prior, express and written authorisation of the property owner.

15. Filming, Audiovisual Productions and Photo Shoots Laguna de Valfria may not be used as a location for film or television shoots, audiovisual productions, professional recordings, advertising campaigns, commercial content creation or professional photo shoots without the prior and express authorisation of the property owner. This prohibition includes, among others: • Film productions. • Television productions. • Documentaries. • Music videos. • Advertising campaigns and commercials. • Productions for digital platforms. • Commercial or corporate recordings. • Professional photo shoots. • Editorial productions. • Professional content creation for commercial or promotional purposes. Any such activity must be communicated in advance and requires the specific and express authorisation of the property owner. Different contractual terms, conditions and fees from those applicable to a standard tourist stay may apply.

16. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. This prohibition applies to all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathrooms and all other indoor spaces. The guest shall be responsible for any extraordinary cleaning, deodorising, repair or replacement costs reasonably incurred as a result of a breach of this rule.

17. Pets PG L&L CONSULTING welcomes small and medium-sized dogs, provided they are well behaved and accustomed to staying inside residential properties. The presence of a dog must be disclosed when making the booking or before arrival. Dogs must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their owners throughout the stay. The owner of the animal shall be responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, textiles, facilities, outdoor areas or third parties, as well as any extraordinary cleaning costs that may be required. The admission of other types of animals or dogs that do not meet the above conditions requires the express authorisation of PG L&L CONSULTING.

18. No Fires or Barbecues Lighting fires or using barbecues anywhere on the property or in any outdoor area is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes, among others: • Charcoal barbecues. • Wood-fired barbecues. • Bonfires. • Campfires. • Outdoor braziers. • Burning vegetation or waste. • Any other use of an open flame outdoors. This rule is intended to protect guests, the property and the natural environment and to reduce the risk of forest fires. Only combustion appliances that form part of the accommodation's authorised indoor installations may be used, and always in accordance with the corresponding operating instructions.

19. Furniture and Decoration The arrangement of furniture may not be altered and decorative elements may not be moved, rearranged or modified without the prior and express authorisation of PG L&L CONSULTING. Furniture may not be moved between rooms or between indoor and outdoor areas. Furniture, decorative items, lighting, artworks, equipment or any other elements forming part of the accommodation may not be dismantled, removed, replaced or modified. If a guest needs to make any particular change, prior authorisation must be requested. Any item accidentally moved during normal use must be returned to its original position before departure.

20. Rural and Natural Environment PG L&L CONSULTING is located in a rural and natural mountain environment. Guests acknowledge that this type of location has characteristics that differ from those of an urban accommodation. Wildlife, livestock, insects, vegetation, mud, humidity, branches, uneven paths and other circumstances typical of a natural environment may be present. The condition of access routes and outdoor spaces may vary due to rain, snow, wind, ice or other weather conditions. Guests must follow the access and safety instructions provided by PG L&L CONSULTING and use vehicles, footwear and equipment appropriate to the prevailing conditions.

21. Lagoon and Natural Water Areas The property includes a natural water area integrated into the surrounding environment. The lagoon should not be regarded as a conventional swimming pool and must be used with appropriate care and awareness of its natural characteristics. Minors must remain under the direct supervision of an adult at all times. Guests must comply with any safety instructions and refrain from using the area where weather conditions, water conditions or any other circumstances make its use inadvisable.

22. Respect for the Environment Guests must contribute to the protection of the natural surroundings and, in particular: • Not leave litter or waste. • Not damage trees, vegetation or natural features. • Not disturb or deliberately feed wildlife. • Not light fires or use barbecues. • Respect nearby paths and neighbouring properties. • Use water and energy responsibly. • Avoid activities that may cause pollution, damage or risk to the environment.

23. Damage The guest shall be responsible for damage caused to the accommodation, furniture, decoration, equipment, facilities or outdoor areas where such damage results from improper or negligent use or conduct contrary to these Terms and Conditions. Any damage must be reported to PG L&L CONSULTING as soon as reasonably possible. PG L&L CONSULTING may claim the reasonable and properly evidenced cost of repair, extraordinary cleaning or replacement. No charge will be made for ordinary wear and tear resulting from normal use of the accommodation.

24. Security Deposit PG L&L CONSULTING may require a security deposit of 1.000 € as a guarantee for the proper use of the accommodation and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The deposit will be returned after departure once the condition of the property has been checked, except where damage, extraordinary expenses or other properly justified amounts attributable to the guest exist.

25. Breach of House Rules Compliance with the rules concerning maximum occupancy, prohibition of parties and events, filming and professional productions, smoking, fire safety and responsible use of the accommodation constitutes an essential condition of the stay. Serious or repeated breaches may result in PG L&L CONSULTING taking such reasonable measures as may be necessary to protect the accommodation, its occupants and the surrounding environment, without prejudice to any claim for damage or expenses actually incurred and to the rights available to either party under applicable law.

26. Breakdowns and Incidents Guests must inform PG L&L CONSULTING of any significant breakdown or incident identified during the stay as soon as reasonably possible. PG L&L CONSULTING will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Due to the rural location of the property, certain technical interventions may require more time than they would in an urban environment.

27. Weather and Extraordinary Circumstances Weather conditions form part of the nature of the destination and, by themselves, do not entitle the guest to cancel a booking free of charge where the accommodation remains reasonably accessible and the contracted service can still be provided. Where extraordinary circumstances, official restrictions or events beyond the reasonable control of the parties effectively prevent access to the accommodation or the provision of the service, the appropriate solution will be applied in accordance with applicable law.

28. Cancellation by PG L&L CONSULTING In exceptional circumstances that make it impossible to provide the booked accommodation, PG L&L CONSULTING will inform the guest as soon as reasonably possible. Where required by law, any corresponding amounts paid will be refunded, without prejudice to any other rights available to the consumer.

29. Liability PG L&L CONSULTING will be responsible for complying with its legal and contractual obligations. PG L&L CONSULTING will not be liable for loss or damage resulting exclusively from acts or omissions of the guest, failure to follow reasonable safety instructions or unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond PG L&L CONSULTING's reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law. 

30. Lost Property Items found after departure will be retained for a reasonable period of 1 month. Any costs associated with returning forgotten items shall be borne by the guest unless otherwise agreed.

31. Third-Party Services PG L&L CONSULTING may provide information regarding activities, restaurants, transport, excursions or other services provided by third parties. Unless PG L&L CONSULTING is expressly identified as the provider or organiser of such service, the relevant service will be contracted directly between the guest and the corresponding third-party provider.

32. Bookings Made Through Third Parties Where a booking is made through an agency, booking platform or intermediary, the terms and conditions of that platform may also apply. Payment, amendment or cancellation procedures may need to be carried out through the same channel through which the reservation was made.

33. Data Protection Personal data provided in connection with a booking will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the PG L&L CONSULTING Privacy Policy.

35. Electronic Contracting Where a booking is made through the website, the user will be able to review the information entered and correct any errors before completing the process. The contract may be concluded in Spanish and English [AMEND IF APPLICABLE]. Once the booking has been completed, PG L&L CONSULTING will send a confirmation to the email address provided by the guest. Where the booking involves payment, the user will be required to expressly confirm that the transaction entails an obligation to pay.

36. Governing Law These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law and by the tourism regulations applicable in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, while always respecting the rights and jurisdiction protections legally granted to consumers.

37. Amendments to These Terms and Conditions PG L&L CONSULTING may update these Terms and Conditions as a result of legislative changes, modifications to its services or changes in the operating conditions of the accommodation. Each booking shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time it is made, without prejudice to any amendments that may become mandatory by law.
