Please respect the number of guests on your booking

The accommodation is intended exclusively for the guests included in the reservation. The number of people staying at or visiting the property may not exceed the number declared in the booking, and additional visitors are not permitted without prior authorisation.

No parties or events

LAGUNA DE VALFRÍA is a place designed for rest, disconnection and enjoying nature. Parties, celebrations, events, large gatherings or similar activities are not permitted, whether private or professional.

Filming and professional photography

We are delighted for LAGUNA DE VALFRÍA to be part of your memories, but using the property as a professional location requires prior permission. Film or television shoots, audiovisual productions, advertising campaigns, commercial recordings or professional photo shoots are not permitted without the prior and express authorisation of the property owner.

No smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. We especially appreciate your cooperation with this rule, as it helps us preserve the house, its textiles, timber and interiors in the best possible condition.

Dogs

Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome, provided they are well behaved and accustomed to staying inside residential properties. Please keep them under supervision and take particular care with furniture, textiles and indoor areas. Any damage or extraordinary cleaning required as a result of the animal will be the responsibility of its owner.

No fires or barbecues

LAGUNA DE VALFRÍA is surrounded by nature, so fire prevention is extremely important. Barbecues, bonfires, campfires and any other type of open fire are strictly prohibited anywhere outdoors on the property. Please always take extra care to protect the surrounding environment.

Please take care of the furniture and decoration

Every element of the house forms part of its character. Furniture may not be rearranged, moved between rooms or spaces, or decorative items removed or altered without prior authorisation. If anything is accidentally moved during your stay, we kindly ask you to return it to its original position before departure.

Treat the house as if it were your own

Please use the facilities, furniture, equipment and outdoor spaces responsibly. If any damage, malfunction or incident occurs, let us know as soon as possible. Reporting an issue quickly often helps prevent a minor problem from becoming a larger one.

Respect nature

LAGUNA DE VALFRÍA is surrounded by a particularly sensitive natural environment. Please:

• Do not leave litter or waste on the property.

• Do not damage trees, plants or natural features.

• Do not disturb or feed wildlife.

• Respect livestock and animals in the surrounding area.

• Use water and energy responsibly.

• Respect nearby paths and neighbouring properties.

Take care outdoors

You are staying on a rural mountain property. Uneven paths, mud, humidity, insects, animals, slopes and other natural conditions may be present. Please wear suitable footwear and take extra care, particularly when travelling with children.

The lagoon

The lagoon forms part of the natural environment of the property and is not a conventional swimming pool. It should be used with care and at each guest's own responsibility. Children must always be supervised by an adult, and we recommend avoiding its use when weather or water conditions are not suitable.

Peace and quiet

One of the greatest qualities of LAGUNA DE VALFRÍA is its tranquillity. Please avoid excessive noise, especially at night, and respect the peace and natural surroundings of the property.

Before you leave We only ask for a few simple things:

• Leave the house reasonably tidy.

• Return furniture and objects to their original position.

• Dispose of waste in the designated areas.

• Let us know about any incident or damage that may have occurred during your stay.
